Mia Ardent
Mia is a sarcastic introvert, and a junior at Elk Grove University. She dreams of a life outside of the day to day norm of classes and homework, but what she doesn't expect is for that to come true. As a demisexual, she never felt any real pull towards anyone before, but once she meets Elliott, she can't get him out of her head. Should she pursue him to find out why, or is this just another relationship that's doomed for failure?
Elliott Pierce
Elliott is a kind-hearted boy who just happens to be a part of a family of werewolves. He moved away after high school to get away from his overbearing father, but recently moved back due to another family tragedy. When he finds out his soulmate is a human, he's terrified of what his father might do to her. Should he chase after this love, or ignore it for her own safety?
Thea Dunlap
Thea is Mia's roommate, and loves to joke about their rhyming names. She's an upbeat artist, and junior at Elk Grove University. She's overprotective of Mia, but is also willing to push her a bit out of her comfort zone if she thinks it's for her own good.
Ezekiel Tokoyami
Zeke is a long time friend of Elliott, and his roommate. He enjoys teasing Elliott whenever he gets the chance, but love him like a brother. Though he comes off as a player, he's actually a very caring person, and would do anything for those he loves. He absolutely hates being called by his full name, and could become harsh if someone uses it.

Priscilla is a vampire hundreds of years old. Scorned in her younger years, she has made it her goal to help those in need. She has created a family of those who have been wronged in order to show them that the world is not all bad. She comes off as cold to those who don't know her, but she would do anything for her family, even if it means going against her own principles to protect them...
Katya
Priscilla's very first turn. She had been beaten and left for dead when Priscilla found her and offered her a chance at a better life where she could truly live as herself. Though she is happy to be free to live as she wants, she prefers her private life stays private.
Dawn
Abandoned at birth, Priscilla discovered Dawn and took her in as her own child. She raised her as a human until she was old enough to decide if she wanted to live as a vampire, to which she agreed. Due to her sheltered upbringing, she has a very childlike view on life and can sometimes come off as strange to others.
Isaac
Dawn found Isaac on a bridge, attempting to end his own life after his family had kicked him out. With some gentle coaxing, she got him down and brought him to Priscilla, who offered him a chance to live as he truly wanted. He now loves his new life, hardly ever leaving Dawn's side. He's an introvert, and isn't confident in his vampiric skills so he often spends his time at the manor, unless Priscilla asks him to do something for her.

Lucy Carone
Lucy is the younger half-sister of Elliott. She's small, spunky, and always ready to stand up for her family. She has an optimistic outlook on life, is super excited for her brother and hopes he can finally be happy now that he's found his soulmate.
Erika Vallez
Erika is Mia's best friend since High School. She's headstrong and can sometimes come off as intimidating. She and Mia were connected at the hip all throughout high school, they met in homeroom freshman year and hit it off right away. They grew a bit distant once they went off to college, but anytime they’re back during breaks it’s like they never left each other.
Peter Ivy
Peter and Mia have been friends since childhood. He's an all around nice guy, but can be a little paranoid at times. He's a hopeless romantic and has had an on again off again relationship for the past six years that he keeps returning to despite Erika and Mia telling him not to.
Nixie Ross
Nixie is a young witch who's family owns a local wiccan shop. She's has an affinity for growing herbs and potion making, and just wishes to use her magic to help others. She quickly befriends Mia and Thea when they happen upon her family's shop, and is sympathetic to her problem with Elliott.
